This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our site, request a free will kit or other resource, or otherwise interact with us.

When you request a free will kit, complete a form, or otherwise interact with the site, we collect:
- Your contact information — name, email address, phone number, and state or province of residence

- Cookie and pixel data — through Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and similar advertising and analytics tools

- To connect you with licensed insurance professionals — including agents affiliated with American Income Life Insurance Company and Globe Life And Accident Insurance Company — who can answer questions about coverage

Who We Share Your Information With
Licensed insurance professionals and partner carriers. When you submit a request through our forms, we share your contact information with licensed insurance professionals and the carriers we work with, including American Income Life Insurance Company and Globe Life And Accident Insurance Company. These parties may contact you by phone, email, or text message about coverage. We receive compensation from our partners in exchange for these introductions.
Because we receive compensation, this sharing may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state privacy laws. See "Your Privacy Rights" below to opt out.
Service providers. Companies that host our site, send our email, run analytics, validate form submissions, and otherwise help us operate.
When required by law. If we are subpoenaed, ordered by a court, or otherwise required to disclose information to comply with the law.

We do not send marketing text messages. When you submit your phone number, you’re consenting to be contacted — including by automated calls and text messages — by the licensed insurance agents and partner carriers we share your information with, including American Income Life Insurance Company, Globe Life And Accident Insurance Company, and their licensed representatives. Consent is not a condition of receiving our free resources.
To stop communications from a partner agent or carrier, reply STOP to their text messages, follow the unsubscribe link in their emails, or contact them directly.
